Principal Message

I’m proud to be a part of the team of Era International School, which is dedicated to the purpose of authentic education and personal development.

Era International School is committed to the education of minds.

It is rightly said that “Education is not preparation for life, it is life itself”.

Education starts in the womb and ends in the tomb as someone put it. Home is the first school and the values are inculcated right there. On entering the school portal, learning opens the windows to the outside world and prepares the child for the future. Era aims at holistic education of the child and its education programme gives equal importance to scholastic and co scholastic areas. We do not believe in rote learning. In the initial years, teachers guide the child completely and slowly help the child to become an independent learner. All basic skills in core subjects are learnt by grade V, so that students can take the responsibility of their own learning from grade VI onwards with teachers as facilitators. We emphasise learning by doing and our innovative teaching and learning strategies shall maintain the young child’s interest in learning. Discipline is an integral part of any learning programme and for this we follow constructive discipline strategies. In chronic cases, we shall deal with issues very firmly.

We have an open door policy where we welcome parents to give valuable feedback for the betterment of their ward and vice versa. For the sake of the child, learning involves and revolves around an effective partnership between home and school. We know the stronger the partnership is, the more your child will benefit.

We believe, in equipping the child according to the ever changing global scenario where problem solving, communication, decision making, emotional and physical well being, collaboration and team work, optimum utilisation of resources, creativity, and service to humankind are required attributes to become future leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs.

We insist on instilling a strong value system with a respect for Indian culture and love of the motherland.

With Best Wishes.
